Help articles are grouped into categories by topic. Open a category to see the articles inside it, then choose the one that matches your question.
Each article is split into short sections, so you can jump straight to the part you need instead of reading the whole page.
Search for answers
If you're not sure which category to open, use the search box at the top of the Help Center. Type a keyword or a short phrase that describes your question, and matching articles will appear.
If the first search doesn't surface what you need, try a few different words — for example the name of the feature you're using, or the exact wording of a message you saw.
