Prerequisites
Before you start
- you are signed in
- you have access to creative search
- your workspace allows you to create or edit collections
- you can edit the team collection if you are adding material to it
How to save one creative
Save a single creative
- Open the search page.
- Apply the needed filters.
- Find the creative you want to save.
- Click Save on the creative card.
- Choose an existing collection.
- Click Add.
After confirmation, the creative will be added to the selected collection.
How to create a new collection while saving
Create a collection while saving
- Click Save on the creative card.
- Choose Create new collection.
- Enter the collection name.
- Add a description if needed.
- Choose the access level.
- Click Create and add.
Use names that explain what the collection is for, for example:
- Competitors — summer 2026
- Creatives for a new brief
- Video ad examples
- References for a beauty project
How to save multiple creatives
Save multiple creatives
- Turn on selection mode.
- Select the creatives you need.
- Click Add to collection in the bulk actions panel.
- Choose a collection.
- Confirm the action.
All selected materials will be added at once.
Expected result
What should happen after saving
- the creative appears in the selected collection
- the card shows an active saved marker
- the collection can be opened from the Collections section
- adding the same creative again does not create a duplicate
Needed collection missing from the list
What to check if the collection is missing
The collection may have been:
- deleted
- moved to another workspace
- closed for editing
- created by another user without shared access
Open Collections and check its status.
Creative did not appear in the collection
If the creative is not visible yet
Wait a few seconds and refresh the page. Bulk adding may take longer to process.
Creative disappeared after saving
If the creative is no longer available
The material may have become unavailable at the source. In that case, part of its information may also stop showing.
Creative added to the wrong collection
How to fix the wrong collection
Open the wrong collection, remove the creative, and add it again to the correct one.
